Kentucky Buck
- 2 oz. bourbon whiskey
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 strawberry
- ginger beer

Instructions
Muddle one whole strawberry together with the lemon juice in a shaker. Add the bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters. Fill with ice and shake until the outside of the shaker is nice and frosty. Fill your drinking glass with ice and double-strain the shaker contents into the glass, then fill the remainder of the glass with ginger beer. Stir gently and serve.
For style points, garnish with a slice of strawberry and a lemon wheel.
