Moscow Mule
- 2 oz. vodka
- 6 oz. ginger beer
- 1/2 lime
- lime wedge

Instructions
Squeeze half a lime into a copper mug then fill about half-full with crushed ice. Poor 2 oz. of vodka over the ice then fill the rest of the mug with crushed ice. Pour ginger beer slowly over the ice stirring with a copper straw. Garnish with a lime wedge.
N.B. There are many combinations of vodka and ginger beer you can try to find the right balance. Currently, I'm using Cock 'n Bull ginger beer and Prairie certified organic vodka. This is a refreshing combination for a warm summer day.
