1 oz. apple brandy
1/2 oz. Apple Spice
2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

Place a large ice block in a rocks glass and wait 5 minutes (to prevent the ice from cracking when you add the liquid). Pour the liquid ingredients over the ice and stir. Garnish if desired, then enjoy.

Variations

It feels like there's room to experiment here with the amount of Apple Spice. Adding a cinnamon stick or a dehydrated apple slice as a garnish might be fun, too.
