Combine all the liquid ingredients in an old fashioned glass and stir for 10-15 seconds. A large ice block chills and dilutes the concoction well. Alternatively, stir the ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice for 30-45 seconds, then pour into a drinking glass (without ice). Regardless of your dilution and temperature control methodology, express an orange peel over the drink and drop in as a garnish.
